He and Suzanne Flowers Myers had one adopted daughter, Ashley Suzanne Bryant. She had one child, Laney Kate, when he died but since then she has two more children.
He still lived in Merigold and was farming rice and soybeans. He really loved the farm and this was pretty much his hobby also. His mother is still living and is in North Carolina with one of his two sisters. They are both in North Carolina.

I have so many fond memories of growing up in Merigold with Lonnie. Those of us who went from the first to the sixth grades together at the old Merigold Elementary School were a tight group. He is missed by us all.
